At Coastal Co., every item is made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. Because of this, we’re not able to accept general returns or exchanges.

That said, if something arrives wrong, we will make it right.

Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size

• Change of mind

• Preference-based reasons
